To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
SaaSpike reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
